Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event that the Northwest Horticultural Society needs to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or weather a full refund will be made to all registrants.
Individual Event Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation for an upcoming event and notify us five (5) business days in advance via phone or email the fee will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations made fewer than five (5) business days before the event. However, if you are unable to attend and wish to send a friend in your place, please notify us 24 hours prior to the event via phone or email with the name of your friend.
We do not offer shipping at this time.
